I am working on De-staining of the pancreatic histology slides. Signal was remained even after 2 and half years. Though we successfully removed the Insulin signal but Glucagon still remains. So suggest me any techniques to remove the fluorescence signal.
The cheapest way to destain is photobleaching. However, it could affect (oxidize) the samples. Are you working on (re-staining) these samples after "removing" their fluorescence?
Thank you for answer. Sorry about my unclear question, my task is to remove the antibodies from the tissue. If we perform photobleaching we can remove signal but we are not sure about antibody removal.

Those are Mouse pancreatic tissue sections stained 2 years back with Insulin and Glucagon. By following some articles and papers i have removed antibodies of Insulin but glucagon is still remained. Can you give the link for that paper please? @Michelle A Griffin, thank u
Thank you! Yes i am using antibody for glucagon staining. But indirect method with primary and secondary antibody(with fluorochrome).
