I have 106 atoms in my system and the basis set used is B3LYP/6-311G(D)

Past the information you're giving it will depend on how fast the computer you're running on is, how many basis functions, and even with that information it would be an educated guess.

You are, if I recall right, at one of the longest stages of the frequency calculation, so I would hazard a guess with 106 atoms and a typical desktop spec of a few days. But that really is a guess.
