Dear fellow researchers,

I am currently studying the deposition of TiO2 NPs on Si substrates. However, both of my materials have negative charges, therefore the deposition is not really effective. So, I am using a polymer which has positively charged tail and head.

Nevertheless, I am looking for some alternative approaches. I've read that an equivalent technique as ELMO ™ glow discharge cleaning system was able to deposit some nanoparticles according to their surface charges.

But I do not get what is the principle of this since it looks like magnetron sputtering as it is using an anode and an electrode but it does not.
