I have been working with this model in my thesis protocol. I wanted to ask you if you have ever let your mice living after the administration of acetic acid 0.6% for more than 24 hours. I wanted to know if they survive for more than a day after the injection of the acetic acid 0.6% or they die. Normally, I use them for a period of 30 minutes and then I sacrificed them, but recently we would like to reuse them, to take advantage of them as much as we could, considering the actual situation with the pandemic. I understand the ethical implications of this pain model, and that's why I wanted to consult with some of you.
