Currently great research efforts have been focused on p-type doping in ZnO. Among the acceptor elements to achieve p-type doping, N is the best dopant choice among the group V elements. In general, how long can N be stabilized in ZnO? If N is implanted into ZnO by plasma implantation, how deep is available in the case of not damaging the structures of ZnO?
