How long after initial treatment with GK1.5 does it take for mice CD4 T cells to be replenished?

I have treated Balb/c mice with 300µg of GK1.5 i.p. and got more than 90% depletion next day. Its almost one month and still there is no CD4+ T cells. I was wondering if anyone has experience about how long does it take for CD4 cells to return after depletion in Balb/c mice?
