Thank you very much for the article as always helping. I am looking for information where is the leaf cell division and expansion occur during the leaf growth with the time. Especially after second week. during week 3 (21 day) and week 4 (28 days) old Arabidopsis thaliana.
Most of the studies have focused to first two weeks and hard to find any study in this period.
Got to know that 21 DAS there will be no more proliferating leaves (in vitro Col-0) and normally the meristem will have turned to the generative phase.
Since I could not find any study what I am doing now is looking specific gene expressions in ePlant browser. At least to get some hints.
