How is the adhesion quality of an aluminium nitride substrate and photoresists?

Hey,

is it possible to spin coat any photoresist, for example OmniCoat, onto a aluminium nitride substrate? Or does an adhesion promotion coating need to be aplied first, like one of aculons products?
