How is binding of Titania to silver chloride attained. Is there any specific polymer /mehod available to bind via chemical process?

I am trying to synthesize silver chloride titanium dioxide particles. I have used basic polymers like Poly vinyl alcohol in my system. i get two different peaks in Malvern Zeta sizer and i have confirmed by various methods they are found separately in my system. I would like to link the two by some means.
