we aim to establish an assay using vero cells to measure the toxicity of shiga-toxin. Therefore we aim to use a method making use of the CD50. Can anyone supply me with a detailed protocol (Medium, Incubation time, dilutions, well plates, cell densities etc etc.)

Culture Vero cells in 96wells tissue culture plate. Treat cells with varying conc of toxic for 24 h. Find out viability of cells by MTT assay.
