Thanks for looking into this, but I have found the answers. I just used TIAB and MeSH terms for PubMed and Topic (TS=) for Web of Science which covers Titles, Abstract, Keywords and Keyword Plus.

Good question. SLRs are conducted very frequently now. In addition to inconsistently of search strategy, your sample size might not be manageable if search is done in "All Fields". I have conducted dozens of SLRs and sample size is a major issue.

Dear Junel,

Searching multiple data bases is highly recommended in SRs. You need to ensure as you can that you did not miss any potential paper. So, you have to do your best in that. If you restrict your search on title and abstract only you may miss some few papers that would be picked up from other databases; so, the net result would be it is so rarely to miss a paper by that way. So, I would prefer to search all fields and remove the unnecessary reports through the title screening to be cautious.
