In greater Noakhali region, soybean has been cultivated since 1982 within a cropping pattern Soybean- Fallow- T. aman or Soybean- Dibling Aus rice- Transplanted Aman rice (Rainfed condition). In those cropping pattern no technical efficiency yet did not analyzed or documented. Furthermore, the area are prone to soil salinity. I want to know the technically efficiency of the cropping pattern. Which way and how i will develop my questionnaire and collect the data and which way the data will be analyzed.

What do you meant by technical efficiency? Define it. Then how to calculate it?
Keeping in view the real objective and socio conditions, you need to design your own questionnaire with focus on name of crops in each season, duration of crops, profitability, market demand, nearest market, etc. first you need to develop test questionnaire. Decide the sample size, respondents etc.
I am not much aware of the technical efficiency of the cropping system.Since cropping systems are being followed since 1982,it is worth examinig the yield trend analysis,year to year variations and sustainability of agriculture in general and cropping systems in particular in that area.Crop yields should be relatively stable and year to year variations should be minimum.Soil quality maintenance is key to yield sustainability.Some times continuous growing of the same crops may lead to weed ,pest and pathogen build up in the soil.Deficiencies of micronutrients may emerge.Build up of soil salinity under irrigated conditions may pose problem.If crop varieties are not appropiately replaced,there may be deterioration of yield potential of varieties.Environmental issues like build up of cetain nutrients especially N (nitrate -N) and P in high concentrations , water quality etc. needs examination.As mentioned by Dr.Malhotra one gas to analyse the economic and social factors.
