I am doing FLAASH atmospheric correction using using Envi classic. I have a mosaic image . The flight time for the three images are different as follow, 05:12:50.6197390Z, 05:13:38.4018130Z and 05:13:14.5065400Z. So how i can select the flight time in this case.

Ideally you should use FLAASH before mosaicing images. You should use the original files to do that. If it is not possible, then you can calculate the average time, especially in your case, where images are taken in a very short time interval.
