I want to do an axisymmetric simulation (in Abaqus) in which a shell of PDMS (E=0.75 MPa; ratio=0.48) (thickness=0.01 mm) like image shows. When I put a pressure of 0.002 MPa the solution is correct but I can't increase the pressure because the simulation is aborted.
In the pictures you can see the errors and warnings that Abaqus shows when I put a pressure of 0.003 MPa.

Without knowing more about the model, it is probably impossible to tell.
One common problem may be the element type - is it linear or quadratic, reduced or full integration?

Try to reduce the mesh size, check that nonlinear effects are enabled, deactivate the reduced integration. What percent of the step is converged before the solution is aborted?
Go to the mesh type assignment and then untick the reduced integration.
