i need remove the organic ligand in a gold nanoparticle, but is important no agregattions effecs ocurrs or changes in the size an shape of the metálic part.
I read about plasma cleaner but if no possible i want a second plan, in mild conditions if is possible.
Well you can just replace the other ligand through "Ligand Exchange Method" (70-90% conversion) will depend on the incoming Ligand, but if you want to replace with some non-mercaptans I think It would be nearly impossible to this without any disturbance.
Can you please elaborate - what you want to remove- what was the nature of bonding??

In other hand Muhammad Abbas, i know, if solutions system of naked Metallic nanoparticles occurs, aggregate cluster and polydispersity samples as promoted. For this, is important avoid this methods and think in physics process...thanks
