How i can prepare 20 % of sodium carbonate?

i try to prepare a stock solution of sodium carbonate but i don't know how much the molarity should be ? 1 M is good?

plus something else what is the optimum procedure ?i read in literature that heat is needed to allow the sodium carbonate to dissolved totally?
