I'm planning to use BiOLOG plates to identify microorganisms (both bacteria and fungi). I have a Thermo plate reader, which was really useful to read the Eco plates. I'm planning to jump into their identification plates, but for fungi you need this really expensive microstation, so I would like to know if anyone has used this fungi plates with a more affordable platform.
