Hi Bahram, James is right the rruff database is a good source of selected Raman spectra (and other mineral spectral data, such as infrared/XRD) but it is not extensive. However, it should have examples for each of the mineral groups listed above. For characterising specific geochemical and structural differences within mineral groups, for end-member solid solutions I have attached the following references.

The paper by Groppo et al 2006 describes the identification/distinction of the different serpentine types (antigorite, lizardite/chrysotile) based on subtle changes in their Raman spectra.  Similarly, though you do not list carbonates as being of interest, the paper by Rividi et al 2010 deals with changes in the positions of Raman bands to characterise compositional changes in the sidertite-magnesite and ankerite-dolomite solid-solutions. May be useful in future.

Lastly, the attached paper by Ramanaidou et al 2015 gives a detailed overview of the compositional characterisation of iron oxides (including some spinels) based on their Raman spectra.

These papers should give you a solid start in helping you out - hope these are useful.
