I generated a treatment plane for a patient using intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). I intend to calculate cell survival in each voxel of target volume using LQ model. So, i need to know the dose delivered in each pixel of CT images of treatment plan. How i can extract the dose delivered to each pixel of CT image of TPS?

You can't get the dose delivered from a treatment plan as it is a model.
But you can export the DICOM dose object from the TPS which gives you a representation of what the dose might be if the patient was identically set up to the original CT scan (which doesn't happen in real life).
You also want voxels, not pixels.
And probably a bulk correction to each tissue 'type' for you alpha/beta estimates if using LQ.
This is not straightforward!
