I think that they are not the same, you can see, some differences exist: for ex at 17-18 o; 25-26 o and 28 o

Why you do not do a library match to make sure if they are really the same or not?
There are different software that can do it for you. For instance TOPAS can easily do it for you. it even tell you how much impurity you have, de convolute your spectra (To impurity spectrum and main spectra) and also tell you what is the impurity (If it is available in the library of course!) I think for a publication you really need a robust analysis not only visual judgement!
