If you cannot find the book I will be glad to refer you to publications that have tested what you want to test OR have my assistants find one and attempt an upload
Dear Prof. Thank you for introducing me this book and yours kind offer. I have got one. I am wondering over the TIME VARYING or conditional correlations. Are simple correlations comparison measures as valid for my case?
I personally believe that there is no difference because assume that they are computed from a stationary data, then any measurement error is stationary. You say valid but empirical validity is more established by sample size of at least five hundred and most often the perfect becomes the enemy of the good. I would use the test I referred to after ensuring data stationarity. That's econometrical sound. Good luck
