How find a metabolic correlation?

Hello,

I am looking for some online tool and database that would allow me to find a correlation between a specific protein (in some cancer types..) and a metabolic pathway or secreted metabolite,

How can I find this correlation?

You can use protein -protein allinement signup to NCBI database and youcan obtain the software specific to youre need inter the "how to" ootion at the left upper of the front page and expand your knowledg concerninig your request.
