Hi everyone, I would like to ask regarding Thp-1 cells differentiation. Recently, I have prepared the culture media and combine with 100 ng/mL of PMA and then incubate at water bath. Then, I used it to dissolve thp-1 cells and seed them into 96 well plates, and incubate them at incubator. However, minority of thp-1 cells are fully differentiate after 72 hours. May I know what is the problem, looking for suggestions and advices. Thanks in advance.
