The water table is available at 0.3 m from Ground level. I want to calculate SBC at 2 m depth by conducting standard penetration test? How does this water table presence affects the SPT blow counts? How to calculate safe bearing capacity for 25mm/40 mm settlement using Teng's equation? Shall I put Rw2=1(factor for water table correction) in Teng's equation?

@Bayan Hussien Thanks for your Valuable suggestions. I also agree there is a change of SPT due to GW but it's equational(factors) change may be. For sample, spoon head valve may be used.
