My partner and I are writing a research on comparing the growth of the species, Strongylodon macrobotrys t two kind of soil to a species and we just wanted to inquire if this was a sufficient factor to experiment to whether this is one of the biggest factors to why the current said flower is endangered?
I think that for assess the status of a species should be taken into consideration more than one factor.
It is true that the soil affects directly the plant diversity and composition. You should take into account that most of the plants have adaptations to deal with slightly changes in soil conditions. As I know, the soil conditions are more ore stables under the medium term. Therefore, I think you should also considered some other factors:
