The flux pattern depends on many parameters: TMP, solutes chemical compositions and concentration, ionic strength, multivalent ions... Since you did not provide any relevant data, it is difficult to address your issue. However, I suppose in your case, the flow configuration should be in form of stream rather than drop not only due to the large membrane pore size 0.2 um(MF) but the TMP is also quite high 5 psi~ 0.03MPa. It may shift to drop if your membrane is severe fouling at later filtration stage.

Yes. It depends the size of the pores on the membrane, the pressure and the fouling state.
in case of high flux its shown as flow. if the flux is low it will be drop by drop.
