I have a Gaussian shape laser pulse with 30ns width at 905 nm.

I want to know, how this shape change after reflection, depending on the surface albedo/material.

It's obviously, that all pulse will be shrinked by amplitude.

And probably trailing edge will be wider (so, total pulse width will be 50ns e.g).

But what's about shifting of the peak?

Can you recommend some articles about this subject?

*** By saying surface I mean typical surface around us, like table, wall, tree.. and so on. I want to calculate the possibility of changing the pulse duration..***

Thank you!
