Hello dear scientists!

I want to create a laser system, which can generate laser impulse at a frequency of ~ 100kHz with pulse duration ~ 10ns.

I've already choosen a laser driver.

Next step is diode, but I found only old, osram laser diode http://www.osram-os.com/osram_os/en/products/product-catalog/laser-diodes/high-power-laser-diodes/pulsed-Laser-diodes/standard-pulsed-laser-diodes/ index.jsp from 2004 ..

Does anyone know, is there some laser diode for my purpose, i.e pulse duration 50W-100W?

In fact, I'm intrested in small dimenshion of the diode, so I prefer 'Pulsed Laser Dies', but I didn't find any available.
