Hi!

Use ultracentifugation (20000 rpm, 30 min) as suggested by Marité to remove cells. After use again centrifugation (3000 rpm, 30 min) with 30 kDa or less centricon devices to separate NPs from proteins/DNA (NPs should go into the flow-through if they are 50 nm or less). I hope this will be useful!
