I have used 72 plant extracts, at various concentration e.g. 1.875, 3.75, 7.5 and 15 mg/ml that showed different activities at each concentration. The problem is that each of the extract showed activity at minimum conc. (1.875 mg/ml) .

If each extract have showed activity at the lowest concentration then further decease the cocentration and test once again....
You may calculate IC50 if you have taken OD by using the liner trend line, you can calculate the value of x and y
