As MANOVA refers to Multivariate analysis of variance it is used where more than one dependent variables studied with only single treatment variable. it is actually ANOVA but the difference here lies is the number of dependent variables. In ANOVA it is possible to see the interaction effects due to the two treatment or independent variables but it is not happen in case of MANOVA. Thus how to see interaction effect as concerned MANOVA?
