Hi, looking at Pettit et Al (2010 and 2013) measurement scale of SC resilience, many capabilities are related to information sharing, a first step towards knowledge sharing and then knowledge management. I guess KM should statistically positively contribute to SC résilience
Saad, this is an important and relevant study to ascertain the extent to which knowledge exchange may enhance the dynamic capabilities of firms' supply chains. It may be helpful to have a look at Teece, Pisano and Shuen's (1997) study on 'Dynamic capabilities and strategic management.
