I am wondering if a 30% solution of H2O2 at room temperature or slightly elevated (50C) temperature will oxidize a graphite film rapidly.
I miss the old RG, which had "flag this BS answer" .
H2O2 degrades graphene even at very low concentrations.. both physically and chemically.. see this apper
