The role of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been interesting for researchers in numerical computation of various problems both in colleges and industries. Industries prefer commercial software packages and those with high skill scholars in colleges prefer programing like with FORTRAN. the doubt here is, experimentation is being dominated by CFD. This situation is contributing to erroneous models letting the science behind the experimentation forgotten. College students are forced to work with these soft-wares without even knowing detailed physical scenarios. so how does the CFD contribute to knowledge and is it future demanding?

Thanks!
