I had done protein expression analysis with control and indluced stress condition. After than, I had done 2D gel electrophoresis and get a good result. To make data robust, I use BiNGO for gene ontogency and as expected got a good analysis. Now, I would like to use this BiNGO data for getting heatmap data.
Please, do the needful.

Depends on what heatmap program you use. However, most heatmap programs use one certain data format, typically look like this:
ID Gene_name Sampe1 Sample2 Sample 3....
16747417 CD4 7.294286 6.935981 6.992934...
16662052 LCK 8.025097 7.801409 7.577203...
....
I am not very familiar with BiNGO, not sure how the output data look like. But if you can convert the BiNGO data to the format I list above, you should be able to generate a proper heatmap without any problems.
