this could easily be done with tidyverse:

NDRdata %>% arrange(ICD10)

or to reverse the order you could do

NDRdata %>% arrange(desc(ICD10))

For python:

this could easily be done with pandas:

NDRdata.sort_values(by=’ICD10’, axis =1)
