I am running a Welch Anova (due to unequal variance in data). However, I do not know how to report on the results of a Welch Anova. Any examples will be greatly appreciated.
Not sure I understand what you are asking as the output will be similar to other ANOVAs.
Do you mean how many digits to show the degrees of freedom to? Worth showing some so the reader knows that you know the denominator df is not an integer. Or do you just mean should you say Welch's adjustment or cite his paper?
ps. The format of the table would be dependent on where you are submitting, so you would check with that source (or if they following some guidelines, like APA, check with their guides).
Welch and Brown-Forsythe ANOVA compares three or more sets of unpaired measurements (data expressed using an interval or ratio scale), assumed to be sampled from a Gaussian distribution but without assuming that the groups have equal variances.
As with any interpretation of a hypothesis test, compare the p -value with your level of significance to determine if the difference in means is statistically significant. For post-hoc test to identify significant differences between groups, you can perform the Games-Howell multiple comparison method, which is more like the Tukey method for the classic ANOVA.
