Hollywood promotes the profession of acting to its followers or others by showing the luxury life actors live and the fame they enjoy globally.

Learnt societies and responsible citizens believe that education is vital to the well-being and development of society. Education is a vehicle to transform the life of citizens to better and built a decent and civilized society of reason. Because of these powerful impacts education can make on society we all campaign on behalf of education through direct teaching, doing research and publications and disseminate knowledge.

Therefore to promote education in communities and show the value of it, we learnt members of society and individuals who are on leadership posts should indeed display a respect and value for learnt citizens what they have achieved so that the young generation looks at that and emulate and come to learning places. If we fail to do that, then our campaign in promoting education is misguided, mere businesslike and fails.

As a learnt person or as a leader of a department or other units of a learning institute, what do you do and how do you treat learnt and achieved individuals that work under your supervision to display to your subjects or to the community that learning indeed is valuable and it should be the dream of citizens?
