(NOTE: I'm assuming that by picturing the conjugate you mean to visualise the  nanoparticle with the antibody conjugated.) 

If you want to visualise the nanoparticles, TEM would be an appropriate method. As gold is a high molecular weight molecule, it is very dense in the TEM and would appear black. If TEM is done of the nanoparticles prior to conjugation,  they will be a stark black with well defined margins.

The antibody which is mainly carbon (much lower molecular weight) has a relatively low density and would be a misty ring (light grey) surrounding the black gold nanoparticles,if visible. With the conjugated nanoparticles the gold may appear less stark. If the gold nanoparticles surface is well covered by the antibodies, the pixels corresponding to the gold of the nanoparticle complex contain information about both the antibody and the gold, so on average are lower in molecular weight and therefore less dense.

best way to visualize the antibody conjugated AuNPs is use fluorescent tageed antibody and observed under confocal imaging. Also, by TEM also you can get an idea.

I have used TEM but the antibody ring is not really great .... maybe because my goldnanoparticles are GSH capped which itself produces a ring :((( There is no fluroscent tagged version of the antibody I am using available in the market :((

اگر اندازۀ حلقۀ آنتی بادی در حد 15 نانومتر به بالا باشه میتونید از اف ایی اس ایی ام یا اس ایی امِ فیلد امیژن استفاده کنید که تصویر سه بعدی بهتون بده. این تصویر به همراه یه طیف سنجی اف تی آی آر که پیوند های روی سطح نانوذرات طلا رو براتون مشخص میکنه میتونه اثبات بکنه که کانژوگه نانوطلا وآنتی بادی تشکیل شده. اما اگه حلقه آنتی بادی ریزتر از 15 نانومتر باشه نه با اف ایی اس ایی ام میشه دیدش نه با تی ایی ام هایی که تو ایران هست البته با تی ایی ام میشه از وجود یه هاله اطراف ذرات مطلع شد ولی برای واضح دیدنه آنتی بادی فقط اچ آر تی ایی ام یا همون تی ایی ام های رزولوشن نیازه که بزرگنماییش در حدیه که اتمهای درشت مثل اتمهای طلای موجود در نانوذرات ویا حتی نابهجایی های موجوددر صفحات کریستالی رو هم میتونه نشون بده، دانشگاههایی هستند که نمونه از ایران هم قبول میکنند.
