How do you perform the analysis of the respiratory pattern. I mean, witch software do you use.?

I am interested in the non lineal analysis of the respiratory pattern. Un fact I already voy many Time series from normal subjects and persistente vegetative state waiting for analysis.

Could you reccomend me dame software?
