How do you knockout gene of Klebsiella pneumoniae?

I am a Dr. freshman at Xiamen University. Now，I knockout gene of Klebsiella pneumoniae from clinic using two methods, is about pDS132 and CRISPR .But sacB gene and Tet-on is not work in this Kp strain .maybe is the reason that plasmid is incompatible? or I need to find other strain ?

I am interested to find more about your methods or suggestion.
