I try to make the teaching experience a research experience. For me, every course I teach is an opportunity to try new methods, to refine the old ones, to learn new things. I also changed my point of view from teaching to learning: we, students and teachers, learn in the process.
In regular teaching each and everyone may subject to boring in one case or other. One should get relaxed and divert their mind. This happens to me also. This is not because of class or regular teaching, there may be several aspects. Teaching depends on the mood at that time and that point. One has to be free in mind. Hence, after teaching, I would like to have a tea and spend some time with my colleagues to get into the original mood. Sometimes a walk here and there also reduces boring and refreshes mind and get back into action.
