Autotrophic bacteria are able to fix CO2 by chemical energy or light. Cyanobacteria and Microalgae doing photosynthesis require sun light. But I am more interesting in microbes that fix CO2 without the need of light. How can you isolate them from the environment? I need to feed them CO2 for sure, but what else I need to add to the culture medium?
I think you are referring to chemoautotrophs. If you learn about their chemical energy sources, you may get ideas on what to feed the organisms you wish to cultivate.

@ Kenneth, I clarify my original question. The first product is biomass but I don't have some special byproducts in mind. What I need is some successful examples.
Biomass, here I mean, is the microbial growth such as bacterial biomass. As Adam mentioned, I am interesting is Chemolithotrophs. A example is ammonium-oxidizing archaea.
