32y old patient, candidate for frozen-thawed embryo transfer. Endometrium seemed resistant to estradiol validate, from 4 to 8 mg/day, and to estradiol patch, from 50 to 100 mug each 2 days.
In case of estradiol resistance, practically all of the interventions are not based on strong evidences. I will try adding low dose aspirin along with sildenafil vaginal cream
Progesteron and estrogen work together in endometrium cell proliferation.

we have seen young patients with no response to estradiol and endometritis seen at hysteroscopy that react better after antibiotics .
-application sildenfil (vaginally) is suggested transfer in 5th day also you have to cut the drug after embryo transfer .
