Crystalline compound can be differentiate by XRD.Similar way, is there any technique to differentiate the amorphous compounds?
Diffraction is a powerful technique for this purpose, either X-ray, neutron or Electron diffraction. in XRD, for amorphous materials, the the formation of hump instead of sharp peak is a clear indication while electron diffraction in TEM can easily differentiate between two amorphous materials.
Your question is a bit vague. Are you trying to differentiate between materials with different compositional ratios, or between completely different amorphous materials with different chemistry? Are these materials in the same sample, or are you trying to identify a given material from one sample? Any additional information will be helpful to providing you with a useful answer.
What do you want to know from the two amorphous materials. If you want porosity and surface area, we can do by BET surface area anlyzer. If you want know bulk elemental composition, one can do by X-ray Florescence spectroscopy. We can analyze particle size by electron microscopy and depend on need we can use different Instruments.
I ask my question in another way. We can able to differentiate two morphs of same material when it is in crytalline form.Similarly can we differentiate two morphs when it is in amorphous form? or Is it all the amorphous form are same or different?
Amorphous compounds can be differentiated by Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS) or neutron scattering. The interference function (or structure factor) infered from this experimental information is a good signature of the compound nature.
Olivier's answer is useful. Not sure what techniques you have access to. You can use transmission electron microscopy if the different phases have different mass density. Then there will be a contrast variation in the bright-field imaging that can see each variation. We did this to study different mass densities within an amorphous diamond like carbon film.
