I hope anybody could help with that:
I conducted a survey which was split into 2 groups. One group received a treatment whereas the other group did not.
Now, I want to identify if the purchase intention of the treatment group is significantly different to the purchase intention of the non-treatment group. However, I want to do that for one specific age group.
How do you do that in SPSS?

If i understood your question correct, then a repeated measures anova should help. Check this paper :
Huck, S.W. and McLean, R.A., 1975. Using a repeated measures ANOVA to analyze the data from a pretest-posttest design: a potentially confusing task. Psychological bulletin, 82(4), p.511.
If you plan to compare two means, I advise you try t-test which can determine whether the highlights of the data are significantly different.
You can collect your data, such as survey, Likert scale etc. Furthermore, you can use SPSS or stata to do the data analysis to compare the means of two group via t-test. You can google it how to process SPSS to do t-test.
