I want to measure the Vt for my nanoparticles and comment on their stability, but I do not understand how exactly to calculate it
Can someone help me with this?
Thanks Martin. Let me read more about and and ask more questions.
I have to calculate the interaction energy with DLVO theory.
But want to know the type of interactions and I donot understand how to do it
Thanks!
I will read these and see how i progress.
I have the hydrodynamic diameter and also the size of the particles from SEM and also its zeta potential. But how do i get the hamaker constant ? They have said some fitting parameters. But i donot understand how.
I use Pierce assay for protein estimation using a spectrometer and want to try using nanodrop for the same to increase the efficiency and use less amount of sample.
