Do we still base the specific capacitance off the active material on the electrode? In dual ion batteries the source of energy is in electrolyte and not necessarily found in the electrode. Or have people been calculating it based off of the active material in the liquid electrolytes?

Just wondering which method others have been using for this calculation.
