For clarity, I collected data in which psychological well-being was measured within a specific population. The questionnaire I used was totalled to give a total score of psychological well-being. A high score is considered to reflect a high level of psychological well-being. I would now like to know on average, how many of my participants scored a high score, meaning they are psychologically well, and how many of my participants scored a low score, meaning they are psychologically unwell. What SPSS analysis can I run to find out how many of my participants are well and how many unwell??
