One need to share relevant research work during class to generate interest amongst students. Students will also feel more invloved and confident while studying the research work of their own Professor. With this, even Professor will feel further motivated to continue research work.
Carefully. I like to use my research to improve my classes and add points to my lessons. I think that one of our jobs as a professor is to teach our students to write. I often write and publish with students.
The professor should be updated and read a lot about the latest in education and teaching. This will inspire him/her to try to implement new practices and innovative methodologies recommended by other researchers, and investigate their effectiveness in facilitating education and enhancing productivity and creativity..
Thank you Prof. Gregg W. Etter, teaching students to write is very important. Writing and publishing with them is a way of building their confidence, thereby linking teaching with research. Thank yo once more Prof.
Thank you Dr. Aida Mohammad Ali Bakeer, I quite agree with you. Lecturers are recommended to read good books and implement new practices and innovative methodologies. Such lecturer would have a lot to demonstrate in class thereby enhancing productivity and effectiveness. Thank you once more Dr. Bakeer.

Research-based teaching means that students carry out research in their courses independently and with an open outcome. This helps to internalize and practice research conducts and methods, skills such as formulating a precise question and processing and monitoring a research process.
Evidence-Based Curriculum. ... Instruction is the way the curriculum is delivered to students. Curriculum ranges from lessons developed by teachers to professionally published textbooks. An evidence-based curriculum consists of practices that have been vetted through rigorous research. Research-led teaching is a way of teaching a topic or a technique driven by the tutor's research experience. So it may involve sharing with students your latest research findings or methods. You might devise one session or an entire module based on your own research.
I believe that cooperation is very important. Professor feels much more motivated when students show reactions, and students feel more involved when having opportunity to present their opinion (e.g. through the team-based project-work). In such a way, students learn to organize, connect the knowledge and present, while professors can also profit with new ideas.
